Cuttlefish are a relation of the many-tentacled octopus, a fellow cephalopod with the ability to camouflage their skin, release clouds of black ink, and flash colors to hypnotize prey in the shallow waters of tropical coral reefs. Patrolling these coastal ecosystems, cuttlefish are social creatures with complex mating habits, safely depositing their eggs in rocks reefs, and making themselves at home in coral havens ❤️
