Understanding this, nations made a historic commitment at COP27 last year to create a Loss and Damage Fund to help developing nations cope with the costs and impact of the climate crisis. Now, as leaders negotiate the final details of the fund, we need the global community to speak up and urge leaders to fulfill their commitment at COP28 this December.
