Stop the Greenfield Terminal

Greenfield's proposed industrial terminal poses an imminent threat to the town of Wallace and the West Bank of St. John the Baptist Parish, one of America's 11 most endangered historic places. Share the following content and tell leaders why #WeLoveWallace.

#WeLoveWallace because to lose it would mean losing a vital part of American history. The 11 mile strip along the Mississippi is more than land; it's a testament to the resilience of those who were enslaved here and their descendants who continue to protect it.

Wallace, Louisiana, one of America’s great national treasures, is under immediate threat of being erased by a major industrial buildout. But there is hope. The land underneath the proposed buildout was recently designated as one of America’s 11 most endangered historic sites by The National Trust for Historic Preservation. Now, we need to let the main decision maker in this process, the Army Corps of Engineers, know that we are watching what they do next.

Visit only.one/act/we-love-wallace today to urge the Army Corps of Engineers to protect Wallace. #WeLoveWallace
