Two strong plastic reduction bills have been released by Assemblyman Steve Englebright. The bills, A10184 and A10185, implement nearly all major requests from environmental groups in the state, and have strong support in the environmental community.
Now, representatives from the Senate, Assembly, and Executive will meet to see if they can agree upon a final version of the bills before pushing for passage.
